All Polka Dot Petals orders are
shipped MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal or COD.
All orders require a six piece or $100 minimum purchase. All orders
under the minimum will be cancelled.
Damages are the responsibility of
the freight carrier. Always inspect your shipment carefully upon
arrival. Save all original packaging and contact carrier for their
inspection. Damage claims should be filed within 10 business days of
the receipt of shipment. For defective merchandise, contact Polka Dot
Petals Customer Service within 10 business days of receipt of shipment.
Any defective merchandise not reported within 10 business days is not
the responsibility of Polka Dot Petals. All refused shipments will be
charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you discover a missing item from
your order, please contact Polka Dot Petals Customer Service within 10
business days of receipt of shipment. For claims to be honored, you
must call within 10 business days. All returns and defective
merchandise require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to
be assigned by customer service. NOTE: NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE
ISSUED FOR ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. RMAs must be
requested within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns that
are not considered defective or broken are subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
1. When reporting damages,
shortages or discrepancies, please advise customer service of your
customer ID number, purchase order number, item(s) and reason for
return. You will then be assigned a RMA number which must be written on
the outside of the box to be returned. 2. Please include your name,
address and phone number in the box along with the merchandise to be
returned. NOTE: Boxes without a visible RMA number on the outside will
be refused. 3. RMAs are valid for 15 business days after issuance.
Please make sure you return your merchandise promptly.
